DUH-211/211S超显微动态硬度计

岛津DUH-211系列超显微动态硬度计采用电磁力将压头压入样品,在压头压入样品的过程中自动测量压头压入的深度。通过这种方法对压头压入过程中样品抵抗变形的变化进行动态测量从而获得各种数据。本装置获得的硬度是压头在压入过程中的动态硬度,可以对样品的塑性变形部分和弹性变形部分进行分析评价。另外,通过显微镜可以观察压痕的大小,如果到足够大小时,可以从对角线的长度测定得到测量维氏、努氏硬度。
