氢化物发生器HVG-100

 

    目前很多食品、药品、环境等相关标准将氢化物发生法作为测定砷(As)、硒(Se)和锑(Sb)标准方法之一。砷(As)、硒(Se)和锑(Sb)等元素水溶液在酸性条件下与强还原剂KBH或NaBH4反应,生成气态的氢化物,由氩气带入原子吸收分光光度计燃烧头上的石英管内进行原子化,测量其吸光度。

    硼氢化物在酸性介质中的反应

BH4- +H++3H2O→H3BO3+8H

    与被测元素反应(以As为例)

As3++3H→ AsH3( H+过量)

    所产生的氢化砷气体由载气送入T型石英吸收池,通过火焰加热或马弗炉加热的方式使其原子化而实现测定。
